This is your day, your way. You've decided that a big wedding just isn't for you - and are running away together.
If you've landed on this page, it means photography is important to you, and you know that documenting your big day is important, even when it's just the two of you.
Which is why each year, we give one lucky couple the chance to have their day photographed for free.
This giveaway includes:
- 6 continuous hours of photography coverage
- personalized gallery of at least 300 images
- help putting together your day of timeline
- permit and location research assistance
- officiant services (optional)

Entering is easy - fill out the entry form below where you can tell me a little about yourselves, your elopement plans (even if it's just a date and potential location for now!), and what is most important for you when it comes to your weddings photos. Your submission will be complete after you submit your entry!
For an added entry - you can optionally join the brand new Elopement and Micro-Wedding group we are launching on Facebook that will be full of tips from wedding pros, location ideas, and feedback from other folks planning their own elopements are weddings. This community is brand new, and we are excited to get it off the ground! If you choose to join and get an added bonus entry into our giveaway be sure to add "Studio Arcane Giveaway - entry under [enter your name here]" in the question "How did you hear about this group?"
Giveaway Rules
- Both partners getting married must be over the age of 18 to enter this giveaway and sign the legally binding contract.
- Your elopement must include no more than the couple getting married, and up to 4 guests, (a total of 6 people) to be considered an elopement eligible for entry (this includes but is not limited to parents, children, friends, family).
- Elopement must be taking place during 2024.
- Elopement must be taking place either within the United States of America, or a country that allows international photographers (not sure? Feel free to email me and ask!)
- Elopement collection is not redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for another type of session. If your elopement does not take place during 2024 you understand that you forfeit the giveaway collection, and your contract will be void.
- Giveaway winner will be chosen on December 1, 2023 by 8pm EST. Winner will be contact via the email provided on their entry form. Prize must be claimed within 48 hours of notification or you forfeit the elopement collection and a new winner will be selected.
- If you choose to gain a second entry by joining our Facebook group, please be advised that Meta / Facebook is in no way affiliated with the giveaway, and joining is not a requirement to be able to win the grand prize.
- Travel expenses outside of the state of Connecticut or Oregon are not included, and must be covered by the winners. Travel expenses include but are not limited to: Airfare or Mileage - depending on location, food for up to 3 days (two days of travel and the day of your elopement), lodging (must be provided independently of your own lodging (i.e. not sharing an Airbnb; you must provide the photographer(s) with their own space in a reasonable hotel or vacation rental). All travel expenses will be itemized and submitted for your review - photographer will book their own travel and lodging once the approved quote has been paid.
- Elopement winner may not give away or trade their winning collection to any other party or individual. Attempting to do so will render the contract null and void.
